Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing. Cancellations received on or before 60 days prior to the Conference will be refunded less a $195 administration fee. No refund of registration fees will be possible for cancellations notified after 60 days prior to the conference commencing. Substitutions, however, can be made. Please advise substitutions in writing at least seven days in advance of the conference so that a correct name badge can be available at the registration desk.
